The session guides listeners through a comprehensive relaxation process, beginning with instructions on proper posture (lying down or sitting with a straight spine).  The core of the practice involves:

·         Imagining breathing through the feet and progressively bringing that sensation up to various body parts.

·         Progressive relaxation of the entire body, including the feet, ankles, calves, knees, skin, muscles, bones, waist, chest, shoulders, arms, hands, fingers, abdomen, neck, and internal organs like the heart, lungs, kidneys, and liver AND

·         Finally, relaxing the head, encompassing the jaw, cheeks, nose, eyes, forehead, and ears.

Throughout the meditation, participants are encouraged to visualize a soothing color flowing through their body and to repeat positive affirmations or "sankalpas" (resolutions) for a better life, such as achieving wealth, youthfulness, health, or personal goals.
